  Despite Ford promising to be available for key workers in an emergency, when their recently fitted new engine (due to a recall) failed after just 10 days, they were hard to contAct, did not want to know and advised getting the car fixed elsewhere and they trying to claim compensation. Up stepped our local garage, Butlers, (always friendly and helpful) Jwho not only fixed the car, but did it for free as my daughter is a nurse. Makes me want to cry at their generosity. Thank you all. Along with a lot of other trades and services, you are very much appreciated.

  We have been using Butlers Garage now for over 12 years and during this period of time we have found the staff and the service to be of the highest order. From initially booking our car in to having
  either repairs or Service or M.O.T we have always been looked after by the garage and advised on how much each individual jobs will cost before the work is carried out. The staff have always
  explained any faults that require repair and advised us on any required for the car before fitting. Overall my wife and I cannot speak highly enough of the garage and fully recommend it for current
  and new customers.

  Knowing nothing about cars, I have always felt vulnerable when taking my car to a garage before. I have previously experienced unscrupulous mechanics telling me I needed all sorts of (expensive) work
  done which was actually not required, or billing me for work that was not carried out. I know Butlers Automotive Limited to be totally trustworthy and honest. They do an excellent job at a fair

  the home, they are always willing to collect and return the vehicle to our premises and work is completed within the given timescale this is vital to us as a business as it ensures the least
